Responsibilities: - This position supports the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) and Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) programs. Primary responsibilities include executing reports and processes for eligibility, claims, and financial data to various stakeholders both internally and externally. - This role will also identify pain points and find solutions to address pain points in our workflows and processes and help with annual benefits implementation tasks. - Support the operations team with various operational processes, reporting, and project tasks across Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Part D plans - Run reports for various stakeholders, including complying with contractual requirements for the U.S. Office of Personnel M...
