NOTE: This position is available for fully remote work with occasional travel as required for business needs. Must have experience in the commercial nuclear industry with ASME NQA-1 / 10 CFR 50 Appendix B / 10 CFR 21 POSITION SUMMARY: The QA Project Engineer is responsible for supporting company /client projects by representing quality assurance in the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned project activities. The Project Engineer serves as a central point of contact between the QA team and other internal and external stakeholders for project-related cross functional quality and process related issues. The QA Project Engineer is responsible for understanding and communicating project quality requirements, ensuring they are well understood and appropriately reflected in internal documentation, and working with quality and other personnel to ensure that project quality requirement s are flowed to suppliers as applicable. Typical internal stakeholders include project managers, business development and proposal team leads , engineering project leads, supply chain, individual contributors and managers.
