Key Responsibilities: Visit customer properties to perform a range of plumbing maintenance and repair tasks. Diagnose and assess plumbing issues and subsequently install and repair plumbing fixtures. Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work. Maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with clients and tenants. Skills & reexperience: Demonstrable experience in plumbing with relevant certifications.
