Senior FP&A Analyst

Job description

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for aglobal software company. This role is hands‑on in Workday Adaptive Planning and partners closely with regional finance teams to drive annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning: - Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts in collaboration with regional finance teams. Assist with consolidation of budget and forecasts. - Create, maintain, and enhance financial models to support expense planning, headcount forecasting, and scenario analysis. - Evaluate business scenarios and quantify financial impacts to support decision making. - Evaluate forecasted assumptions and update them as needed.
