HR Global Services Manager / EMEA and LATAM (m/f) Description -: Job Summary: This role is responsible for managing a team of 7 individual contributors to ensures compliant, superior global services, focusing on benefits, mobility, and employee support. The role upholds KPIs, embodies core values, supports HR's strategic role, and enhances employee experiences through myHR services. The role coaches managers and employees, communicates projects and provides people care management, fostering team growth within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: - Provides direct and ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors and/or supervisors designing and developing new HR processes, enhancements, updates, and coordinating projects. - Advises local HR and business stakeholders (i.e. managers and employees) on local legislations, Workday, and HR processes. - Reviews organizational HR processes and policies and ensures these are compliant with the local legislations. - Manages the global services team to ensure a superior employee services cycle with a breadth of global services that include benefits, retirement, workforce mobility, employee support, and executive services throug...
