Position Summary... The Manager, Design and Production – Shows and Events leads the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact events that bring Walmart’s culture and business priorities to life. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end event experiences—from concept development and technical production to vendor management, budgeting, and onsite execution. By combining creative vision with operational excellence, the manager ensures events are engaging, on-brand, and executed with precision. This role plays a key part in supporting senior leadership engagements, driving consistency across event delivery, and continuously enhancing the quality and impact of experiences across the campus. About the team: As part of Walmart’s Corporate Real Estate organization, our Campus Events team delivers high-impact events that bring our culture and community to life.
