Job description

IT Manager In this role, you will be responsible for managing Mosaic’s IT systems, ensuring systems and hardware are proactively maintained, reliable, and secure, and service delivery meets business needs. You will provide technical support to other teams, and lead IT projects, assisting teams with risk assessment, coordination, implementation, and ongoing application support. As an experienced people leader, you will mentor, coach, and develop the IT Team. As our IT subject matter expert, you will deliver clear and concise recommendations and business cases to the leadership team and other stakeholders to support the continuous improvement of Mosaic’s IT program.
