Company: Marsh Description: Marsh is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist — Video & Design to join the Technology Communications team supporting global technology modernization efforts. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and will follow a hybrid working model (in office three times per week). The role exists to modernize internal tech communications by producing short-form video and multimedia, improving how technical subject matter and tech events are communicated across the business. We will count on you to: Lead end-to-end video production for technology communications: concept, scripting, shooting/asset assembly, editing and delivery for internal channels. Design graphics and motion assets that align with Marsh branding to support video, intranet articles, event materials and social/internal campaigns. Work closely with technical subject-matter experts and event leads to translate complex tech topics into clear, engaging visual stories.
