Job Location BOSTON GO & TECH CENTER: Job Description: Role Summary: We are seeking a Digital Shelf Specialist. The Digital Shelf Specialist is responsible for ensuring our products are accurate, compelling, and conversion-ready at Amazon . This role monitors and improves product detail page (PDP) quality , resolves content issues quickly, and supports conversion optimization efforts through ongoing content enhancements, digital shelf analytics, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities: Digital Shelf Quality & Content Health Monitor PDP content health and accuracy (titles, bullets, descriptions, images, attributes, enhanced content). Identify and remediate issues such as missing content, incorrect claims, outdated pack/size, incorrect taxonomy, broken variations, or suppressed listings. Ensure product data and imagery meet retailer requirements and internal brand standards. Content Updates & Publishing: Execute content updates via syndication platforms (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo, 1WorldSync) and/or retailer portals.
