This advert is for a Team Manager to lead the service, please see separate adverts for the Social Workers and Community Support Workers that will make up the team. The successful candidate will be motivated and experienced in Adult Social Care; able to support staff to make timely, legal, defensible assessments and decisions which best support the most vulnerable adults in Leicestershire. The duty team will cover Cognitive and Physical Disability; Mental Health and Learning Disability and Autism service areas working closely with the teams and managers in those areas.
