Perioperative Practitioner Scrub / SFA | Theatre | Private Hospital | Southampton | Full-time Permanent Spire Southampton are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Perioperative Practitioner/SFA to join our high performing Theatre Team on a permanent Full-time basis. We will consider a qualified ODP or Scrub Nurse with experience in either Orthopaedic scrub or Cardiac scrub. Duties and responsibilities: - Assist in scrubbing for consultant led surgeries that vary in complexity and specialism, such as orthopaedics - You will assess patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload. - Develop care plans that are appropriate to the patient, taking into consideration the care pathway, perioperative risks and their wellbeing - Provide exemplary planned care for patients and assist in the management and organisation of care provision in the operating th...
