Your responsibilities would include: - performing daily tasks related to validation of received, scanned invoices from OpCos - performing daily tasks of invoice & non-invoice related postings - performing all tasks in workflows in order to resolve invoice discrepancies - performing activities related with suspense accounts on the regular basis - performing tasks related to payments preparation based on the agreed timelines - participating in Period End Closing activities in a timely manner - providing basic reports on request with support of senior members of the team - staying aware of the KPI/PPI relevant for his process - participating CPI initiative to improve process or/and systems and tools - knowing how...
