Avalign is looking for an Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Specialist located at our facility in Greenwood, IN. What You’ll Do: Accounts Payable - Daily printing and electronic filing of invoices - Match invoices to receiving detail in Epicor (ERP) - Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other fields - Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing invoices - Investigates and resolves issues associated with Goods Receipt with no invoice - Handles vendor correspondence via phone or email. - Enters invoices in ERP system for payment - Tracks unentered invoices - Codes invoices and check requests to conform with accounting structure -...
