As we navigate this transformative journey, we are actively looking to reinforce our team with a Technical Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for technical due diligence, elaborating new building design, building permit application processes, tendering infrastructure and construction works and end-to-end management of technical execution. Next to that your technical expertise will be a critical asset in our transition from a pure play real estate company to an integrated real estate and energy services business. More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to - Assess the technical potential of landbank opportunities; - Performing technical and environmental due diligences on to be acquired brownfield sites; - Technical lead on the technical design of new building concepts (e.g. datacenters, multi-level logistics real estate, etc); - Lead the building and MEP design process related to logistics/datacentre designs...
