The Work: The Business Analyst serves as a critical liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and organizational leadership to ensure the successful elicitation, documentation, analysis, and validation of business and functional requirements. This role is responsible for assessing complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating stakeholder needs into technical solutions that align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
