Controller / Head of Finance

SRED.io is helping innovative companies unlock funding to accelerate growth. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a senior, hands-on Controller to lead and strengthen our finance function. This is a high-impact role for an experienced CPA who combines strong technical accounting expertise with a builder mindset. You will own the company’s day-to-day financial operations while helping establish the processes, controls, and reporting infrastructure needed to support a growing startup environment. We are looking for someone who is strategic when needed, but equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and executing. Key Responsibilities: Lead all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements. Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Prepare and present timely financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and operational insights to leadership.
