Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program management. - 8 years of experience with infrastructure. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - 8 years of experience in the data center software systems for infrastructure delivery. - Experience with launching NPI products in the compute, networking, and infrastructure fields. - Ability to identify organizational needs, establish priorities, work separately, drive results through informal authority, serve as a trusted consultant to key business partners, and represent users and customers. - Ability to lead teams of self-sustaining individuals with experience earning credibility based on knowledge and accomplishments.
