The Executive Vice-President (EVP) & Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Hospital Operations is the senior executive responsible for leading day-to-day hospital operations while translating the organization’s strategic goals into reliable, high-quality execution across all care settings. This role is central to ensuring that clinical, operational, financial, and workforce performance are tightly aligned to deliver safe, efficient, patient-centered care in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment. The EVP & COO of Hospital Operations reports to the Chief Executive Officer/President and is responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the hospital including management of the profit and loss statement for the hospital’s business, as well as the resources associated with the hospital operations.
