Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is seeking a Manager of IT Project Management to lead and evolve the IT Project Management Office (PMO) and drive execution of critical technology initiatives supporting the laboratory’s mission. This role is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of complex IT programs, including enterprise systems, research enablement platforms, cybersecurity initiatives, and infrastructure modernization. The Manager will ensure disciplined execution, strong governance, and alignment between IT investments and SRNL’s strategic and operational priorities Leadership & Strategy: - Establish and lead a high-performing IT PMO aligned to SRNL’s mission and strategic objectives - Define and implement standardized project governance, methodologies, and delivery frameworks - Partner with executive leadership to prioritize and sequence key IT investments - Drive continuous improvement in delivery maturity, transparency, and accountability Project & Portfolio Management: - Oversee the full lifecycle of IT programs and projects across the enterprise - Manage portfolio intake, prioritization, and capacity planning processes - Ensure delivery of initiatives on time, wi...
