Job Description Objective: The role is also the owner of LOGOS, our logistics operating system, responsible for the successful implementation and roll out across all markets in EUROPE score (UKI, FR, IB,IT,GAS,NOR,BNLX). This role is responsible to coordinate the redesigning, standardization and the project step-change in processes of S&OP & S&OE and the implementation and adoption across all markets within Europe. This also includes driving community of practices and continuous improvement in both LOGOS maturity and KPI delivery. This role will also lead key strategic initiatives on future structures of the Supply Chain team in Europe, driving both standardisation in roles across markets, but also defining and working with GBS and GCOE to define and agree the future operating models across Demand, Customer Service, Customer Excellence and Physical Logistics.
