How you make a difference As Director of Payroll, you'll lead all facets of payroll operations, crafting both short and long-term strategies to enhance efficiency and align with company objectives. Your role encompasses ensuring compliance with federal and state wage regulations while fostering scalable processes that accommodate organizational expansion. You'll champion exemplary customer service, establish SOPs, and devise budgets in line with the company's financial targets, driving the payroll function towards excellence and adaptability.
