Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $48,600 - Midpoint: $60,800 (Salaried E7) Department/Organization: 504103 - Grounds: Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm Job Summary: The Assistant Manager of Grounds manages, schedules, and assigns work for Laborers, Groundskeepers, Team Leads, Truck Drivers, and Equipment Operators. Provides customer service by interacting with customers to clarify work orders, set work schedules, and follow up during and at completion of work. Conducts on-site inspections for work in progress and completed work projects. Additional Department Summary: This position will be required to work some special events including all home football game weekends and on-call weekends. Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and eight (8) years of groundskeeping experience; OR Associates degree and six (6) years of groundskeeping experience; OR Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of groundskeeping experience. Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license.
