POSITION SUMMARY: Functions as a working shift resource to provide direct oversight, assistance, support and problem resolution to Respiratory Staff and may be scheduled for regular staff assignment as needed or requested. This includes organization of assignment and coverage of workloads. Provides superior customer service as referenced in the Steward Service of Excellence Standards.
