Job description

Responsibilities: Design, development, and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade financial modelling, reporting and analytics solutions. Implement robust software systems using Java, Scala, Angular, and other modern technologies, ensuring best practices in SDLC, code quality, and performance. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, evaluate tools, and deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals. Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new tools, frameworks, and AI-driven development practices (GenAI, Copilot, etc.) to enhance automation and reporting capabilities. Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation. Promote agile methodologies, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.
