Salary The salary range for this position is CAD $47.31/Hr. - CAD $59.10/Hr. Summary: Reporting to the Site Lead for Social Work at St. Paul’s Hospital, and collaborating with Social Work Site Leaders across sites/programs and/or the Research, Education and Practice Coordinator: - supports Providence Health Care (PHC) inter-professional programs/teams as the adult protection educator and subject matter expert\ - provides clinical education, consultation, and support to ensure organizational compliance with the Adult Guardianship Act (AGA) - leads the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of PHC’s Adult Guardianship Protection Program - manages the planning, revision, and delivery of ReACT Adult Protection education modules for Social Work staff across PHC - oversees clinical and consultative services by providing leadership and guidance on adult protection cases, policy development, and implementation - ensures assessment and alignment of procedures related to adult abuse, neglect, and self-neglect in accordance with AGA and Designated Agency obligations - represents PHC at provincial and regional committees (e.g., AGAPAC, Regional Adult Protection Committee, HAAGCOP)...
