Job description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Table Games Dealer 3 is responsible for dealing all table games (including craps) in accordance to all rules and regulations. Primary Tasks: Analyze customer play, cheating scams, and unusual or suspicious variations of play. Review and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers. Answer customer or public inquiries regarding general gaming procedures, payouts, etc. Clean work area as designated by management Verify identification of customers when needed. Accurately use computers to enter, access, or retrieve data. Keep accurate records of monetary exchanges, authorization forms, and transaction reconciliations. Sign and date all paperwork as required. Provide excellent customer service skills and communication skills. Other duties as may be assigned.
