Location: DMGT HQ - High Street Kensington, London Position: Permanent Barista / General Assistant: Hours: 40 hours/week – Monday to Friday Location: 9 Derry Street, Kensington, London, W8 5HY Salary: Up to £29,672 per annum We have an exciting opportunity for a Barista to join our team where you'll deliver outstanding coffee and friendly service every day. You’ll engage warmly with customers and colleagues, take pride in product knowledge, and help maintain excellent standards of service, cleanliness, and teamwork. Main Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve high-quality hot beverages, creating coffee to the highest standard - Adjust grinders and espresso machine to maintain quality at all times - Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, counters and service areas - Restock supplies and assist with stock takes as required - Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customers to return - Support other local units when needed - Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment - Set up counters and displays to be visually appealing and customer-focused - Ensuring QHSE standards are met and upheld by your team - Assist with administrative duties as required - Handle cash respo...
