General Manager - New Hotel Launch Shaner Hotels is seeking a dynamic Opening General Manager to lead the launch of a new 136-room AC Marriott Hotel, opening Spring 2027, within a vibrant mixed-use development in Brecksville, OH. This leader will shape the overall hotel experience - guiding operations, driving financial performance, and building a high-energy team passionate about delivering memorable, personalized stays. We're seeking a hands-on operator who can bring the brand to life, lead innovative sales strategies, inspire associates, and serve as a dynamic, visible presence within both the hotel and the local community.
