This position is responsible for preparing food products utilizing basic and advanced cooking techniques, standard recipes and plating guidelines; and meeting production schedules in accordance with health, safety and sanitary procedures. Required Qualifications: - Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority - 4 years Professional line cook experience in a full-service establishment, such as a restaurant or hotel, where the majority of the products were prepared on premises from fresh ingredients using standardized recipes. - 2 years elated food preparation experience AND six months Line Cook experience in a hospital setting.
