MSS is looking to hire a Commercial HVAC technician to troubleshoot, maintain and repair HVAC systems in the New Orleans area! the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Commercial HVAC Technician Service experience as well as an EPA Universal certification. The position is full-time and offers many great benefits and room for growth within the organization. What You'll Do: - Perform routine repairs to pump seals, bearing, etc. - Inspect and test systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications or to detect and locate malfunctions. - Determine customer concerns with HVAC and boiler systems. - Follow standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area. - Record and report faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders. - Adjust system controls to setting recommended by manufacturer to balance system. - Recommend, develop, or perform maintenance procedures such as cleaning, power-washing, or...
