We are looking for a Senior Proposition Analyst with experience in the UK workplace pensions market to help shape our employer proposition. This role sits within Royal London’s Workplace Future programme, one of our key strategic priorities and a significant investment focused on strengthening our market position and delivering market-leading experiences for employers, advisers and members. You will work within a squad, supporting the Product Owner and taking the lead on the design and development of key elements of the employer experience across onboarding, servicing and engagement.
