Hourly Pay Range: $56.44 - $70.58 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: - Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) - Location: 1220 Hobson Road, Naperville, IL - Full time - Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and one four-hour Saturday per month - Rotating outpatient call. - Required Travel: No - Outpatient only - Sign-On Bonus potential for experienced candidates - Experience in primary care preferred. Job Description: Exciting opportunity to join Endeavor Health in the Family Medicine Department. Under the direction of the collaborating physician(s), provides care to patients. Obtains detailed history and performs physical examinations, orders imaging, lab tests and diagnostic procedures and interprets results. Instructs patients on the prescribed therapeutic regimen. Maintains records and writes progress notes on status, treatments and procedures. Collaborates with physicians and the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
