Description Weiser Memorial Hospital--rated as one of Idaho's best places to work--is looking to hire a Development Manager to join our team. The Development Manager is responsible for leading and executing fund development strategies with a primary focus on grant writing, donor cultivation, and sustainable revenue growth. This role plays a key part in advancing the mission of the Weiser Memorial Hospital Foundation by securing financial support from individuals, corporations, and foundations to enhance healthcare services and community well-being. This position is primarily remote and community-facing, with flexibility to work offsite while maintaining a regular presence in the community and attending in-office meetings or activities 1–2 days per week as needed.
