Description Position Summary: We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to join the FlowHawk product team within XVIVO’s Digital Services division. This role is vital in managing and strengthening relationships with our transplant center customers, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of FlowHawk. The Clinical Specialist will focus on account management, workflow optimization, and training, serving as a trusted partner to our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with transplant center customers, ensuring satisfaction and effective use of the FlowHawk platform. - Implementation: Lead the implementation process of FlowHawk with transplant programs, including onboarding, workflow customization, and user training. - Workflow Optimization: Support customers in utilizing FlowHawk’s full suite of capabilities, including organ offer workflows, organ recovery and logistics workflows, patient intake, perioperative workflows, living donor workflows, and patient referral workflows. - Customer Training: Conduct virtual and onsite training sessions to ensure successful adoption and ongoing utilization of the platform. - Travel: Trav...
