WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Lead the full cycle recruitment process with a variety of partners, including leading launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, closing candidates, and presenting offers. Identify, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies for filling roles across North America while advising and influencing partners on talent availability and position attractiveness in the market. Identify and build proactive relationships to develop talent pipelines for critical roles. Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process, and maintain compliance with applicable employment laws. Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top talent. Support Recruiting and Human Resources-driven priorities, as assigned.
