Description Job Summary: The Market Kitchen Supervisor plays a key leadership role in the Market Kitchen, overseeing day-to-day operations of the team. This position is responsible for supervising and developing Market Kitchen Prep Cooks, ensuring exceptional product quality, presentation, and outstanding customer service. The Supervisor fosters a culture of hospitality and holds team members to high standards of customer engagement—ensuring each guest feels welcomed, heard, and cared for. Please note that the primary focus of the Market Kitchen Deli is Food Service and not Food Production. Our full-service kitchen is separately responsible for cooking the majority of provided recipes.
