Description SUMMARY: Reports directly to the Associate Vice President of Finance and Administration (AVPFA), Operations & Projects. Supports the development, implementation, monitoring, interpretation, and analysis of CalArts’ annual and multi-year operating budgets, forecasting, long range planning and the making of recommendations on resource allocations. Manages administrative tasks and special projects for the CFO. Qualifications: FINANCE: - Manage the Division of Finance and Administration operating budget including but not limited to processing divisional invoices, evaluating, and forecasting annual budget to actuals and making recommendations for savings. - Assist the AVPFA with analyzing monthly project accounting reports. - Evaluates and monitors monthly departmental financial stewardship by analyzing department and/or school spending against approved budgets. - Coordinates the annual operating budget process by providing budget templates, collecting, and aggregating data, and synthesizing information. - Develops materials for presentations/campus distribution and workshops. - Provides project management for various Finance & Administration initiatives.
