We are currently delivering a major Billing Transformation Programme, introducing a new enterprise billing platform to replace our existing system. Alongside this transformation, we must continue to support and maintain our current platform, ensuring continuity and accuracy while carefully managing complex and business-critical data, processes, and structures. We are looking for an experienced and highly driven QA Lead to join CNS in Southampton and play a critical role in delivering the Billing Transformation Programme. This role sits at the heart of programme delivery, leading and owning the full quality assurance lifecycle to ensure billing accuracy, data integrity, and system readiness.
