Procurement Manager – Capex & Technical Services World Fuel • London – Canary Wharf (Hybrid) We are seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead end‑to‑end sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for major capital projects and ongoing facilities repair and maintenance (R&M) services across our Aviation and Marine operations. This role drives competitive bidding outcomes, reduces commercial and operational risk, and ensures safe, on‑time project execution. You will work closely with Operations Directors, Project Managers, HSE, Legal, and Finance to deliver measurable cost savings, optimize total cost of ownership (TCO), and support multi‑site program delivery.
