About this role Carrier North America Residential Solutions in Collierville TN has a position for a senior professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in the Human Resource Generalist discipline. Spearheads high-priority HR projects and policy development while providing strategic guidance on complex employee relations and internal documentation standards. Consulting with leadership to assess the organization's HR needs and assists with Talent Management issues is also part of this role. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides support and direction to the Collierville Team to enable the Team to deliver business results . This is an onsite role in Collierville TN. The HR Team works for a “multiple shift” operation.
