Microsoft AI Business Solutions (ABS) Solution Architect Leader Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft AI Business Solutions (ABS) Solution Architect Leader to lead a team of Pre-Sales Solution Architects focused on the Microsoft Business Applications and AI stack. This role will own technical presales leadership across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement , Power Platform , Microsoft Copilot , Copilot Studio , and Microsoft Contact Center solutions. The role will be responsible not only for presales execution, but also for building scalable assets and accelerators , standardizing solution approaches, and maintaining strong, productive relationships with Microsoft field teams to drive joint pipeline and co-sell success.
