Job Title: Administrative Assistant I – HR & Offer Operations Location: 100% Remote, Canada, Support EST and PST Hours Job Type: T4 Contract Experience: 1 to 3 Years Rate: CAD 18 to 20 PH Role Summary: NearSource is looking for an Administrative Assistant I – HR & Offer Operations to support critical hiring and onboarding activities tied to M&A operations. This role focuses on offer management, documentation workflows, HR systems coordination, and post-acceptance processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across multiple hiring initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Support offer creation, testing, extension, and post-acceptance workflows for M&A hiring activities - Provide the latest country-specific offer templates and documentation packages to M&A Operations - Share updated DocuSign offer packets and required inclusions for country-specific hiring - Inform M&A Operations leadership of current country-specific hiring workflows and operational requirements - Draft offer letters and offer summaries based on approved inputs - Test deal-specific DocuSign envelopes for accuracy, functionality, and compliance - Extend non-key offers to candidates in a timely and...
