Job Description Summary: Reporting to the Corporate Director of Sales, Group Direct and Sales Operations Manager, the Lead Groups & Meeting Specialist will act as a liaison for meeting inquiries for the Sonesta Hotels Managed and Franchised estate from meeting planners, Event & Catering Customers and online inquiry channels, and ensure a high standard of fulfilling requests with accuracy and urgency.
