Short Facts Location: Munich, Germany: Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term: Salary Range: € 110,000 - 150,000 per year gross depending on the seniority level Working Mode: Office first setup: Language Requirement: C1 Level English and German Your Responsibilities: Serve as Entrix’s main point of contact for all legal topics, covering commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters (especially energy law). Commercial matters: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, especially at the interface between commercial law and energy law(e.g., partnership, supplier, customer, data processing, and framework contracts). Corporate matters: Provide guidance on corporate governance, cross-border transactions, shareholder matters, and company structure; support fundraising and similar processes from a legal perspective as applicable. Regulatory matters: Monitor and interpret relevant EU and national energy laws & regulations, advising on implications for Entrix’s business model and commercial agreements.
