The Business Analyst is responsible for driving solution delivery and business outcomes by owning requirements, shaping solutions, and ensuring implementation aligns with measurable business value. This role operates with a high degree of independence and is accountable for translating business needs into implemented, validated solutions in partnership with stakeholders, PMO, engineering, and QA. This position requires a results-motivated, detail-oriented professional who will introduce structure and best practices while keeping processes lean and practical. Key Responsibilities: 1.
