We are seeking a service-oriented Facilities and Maintenance Assistant to join our Sydney campus on a Part-time basis. As our Facilities and Maintenance Assistant, you will: - Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the ground's external areas and gardens. - Cleaning tasks (e.g. aircon filters, gutters) as required. - Building and equipment maintenance and repair as needed. - Prepare and reset rooms for functions and events. - Work with the Property and Maintenance Manager to plan projects and organise resources. - This is a part-time role, 15.2 - 30.4 hours per week (0.4 - 0.8 FTE), depending on skills and experience. - Remuneration: Level 3 or 4 of the Miscellaneous Award (excl. 12% Super, 17.5% leave loading), depending on experience.
