Leasing Assistant Department: Operations: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: French Park: Description: MetroDel is excited to announce that we are in the construction phase and looking to add an enthusiastic Leasing Assistant. As a Leasing Assistant, you will guide people through the process of becoming a resident from the time they inquire about living with us to the time they move in. You will continue the relationship by taking care of their needs to ensure a high quality of community living and feeling of home. This position will report to the Leasing Manager. If you are flexible, motivated and want to join a growing company, then this is the role for you! This position will be split between our Dover, Delaware and Newark, Delaware communities.
