Overview We are seeking a RN Director of Risk Management , also known as the RN Director of Clinical Risk Management or RN Director of Risk and Compliance. The RN Director of Risk Management is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the Risk Management Program across multiple locations in the area to control and minimize loss while protecting the organization’s assets. The RN Director of Risk Management coordinates the program across multiple departments and medical staff, actively supporting performance improvement activities to ensure high-quality patient care. In addition, the RN Director of Risk Management will collaborate with safety and security personnel and participate in risk-related initiatives to strengthen organizational safety.
