Team Leader of HR Data and Analytics Wilmington, DE: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Onsite/Hybrid: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Data and Analytics Leader to design and drive our people analytics strategy. In this role, you will leverage data science, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) to generate predictive and prescriptive insights that inform our talent and workforce strategies. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across HR, Finance, and the business to understand stakeholder objectives and develop data strategies that align with organizational priorities. As the HR Data and Analytics Leader, you will lead a team of data analysts responsible for building reports, dashboards, and visualizations that deliver actionable insights. You will set the direction for how data is consumed across the organization, ensuring alignment with data privacy standards and GDPR compliance.
