Assist with special functions. This position is responsible for following all health and safety guidelines established by all food service regulations no matter the agency. - Capacity to learn and perform all aspects of the food service department to include tray line, food prep, and sanitation in a safe and efficient manner. - The ability to read, write and follow specific instructions - The ability to operate a variety of kitchen equipment used in food preparation. - The ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stand and walk for prolonged periods. - Aptitude to work as a contributing team member. - The ability to work in extreme temperatures (hot or co...
